Maranos Fuelis seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage our Tully Site.The successful candidate will report directly to our Retail Manager.As Site Supervisor, you''ll have full accountability for your site ensuring a safety focus is at the forefront. You''ll be responsible for developing your team to maximise business growth and drive a consistent customer experience. On the job training will be provided at one of our Cairns Sites (optional) for a period prior to commencement at the Tully Site.The suitable candidate will be customer-orientated, results driven and possess supervisory or management experience in a similar role.Daily dutiesinclude: Employee management recruiting/training, rostering and leave approvals Providing a high level of customer service Cash handling and daily reconciliations Complete staff rostering to budgetedhours Manage all aspects of stock control warehouse/retail section.
