This pivotal role provides after-hours leadership and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence.As the After-Hours Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person-centred careEnsuring appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areasProviding confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staffPromoting a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standardsApplying sound clinical and operational judgment to support effective, efficient care deliveryMaintaining oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facilityThis role predominantly involves evening and night shifts, with day shifts available on weekends and public holidays.
