Procurement Specialist Capital ProjectsAre you an experienced procurement professional with a focus on capital works and infrastructure projects? Were seeking a results-driven Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic team delivering high-value, high-impact capital projects.About the Role:In this hands-on role, youll support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major capital projects, ensuring compliance, value for money, and timely delivery. Working closely with project managers, engineers and contract stakeholders, you will drive strategic sourcing and manage complex procurement activities for construction, plant & equipment, professional services, and infrastructure delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead procurement planning and strategy for capital works and infrastructure projectsManage end-to-end tender processes (EOIs, RFTs, RFQs) including evaluation and negotiationPrepare and review procurement documentation, scopes of work and contract termsEnsure compliance with internal frameworks and procurement policyEngage and influence a broad range of internal stakeholders and external suppliersProvide commercial and procurement advice throughout the project lifecycleAbout You:Demonstrated experience in procurement for capital projects (e.g. infrastructure, construction, utilities, transport)Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, tendering and contract negotiationSkilled in stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teamsHigh level of attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or procurement certifications preferredWhats on Offer:Work on major, impactful projects that shape the communityJoin a collaborative and outcomes-focused project teamContract opportunity with potential for extensionFlexible work options and supportive work cultureWhy utilise Randstad in your job search?Randstad has the largest team of dedicated procurement, contracts & supply chain professional recruiters in South Australia.
