Youll lead our multidisciplinary Wellness Hubs virtually, alongside physiotherapists, dietitians, speech pathologists and wound consultants.What Youll DoWellness hubs: Lead a multi-disciplinary team in collaborative discussions about residents that have been referred to the hub.Telehealth: Review residents referred to NP.
