EnerMech is seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations across a portfolio of client sites in the Gladstone region.This role will lead the execution of maintenance work performed by our fitters, boilermakers, and welders, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery in line with client expectations and project schedules.This role is suited to an experienced professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and brings a practical, value-driven mindset to everything they do.Key Responsibilities:Lead the day-to-day management of mechanical maintenance teams across multiple client sites.Oversee execution of shutdowns, routine maintenance, and remedial works, ensuring alignment with client scopes and timelines.Provide clear leadership and direction to trades teams, driving a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.Engage with clients on forward planning, resource requirements, and delivery optimisation.Maintain compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies at all times.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring work is delivered on time and within scope.Coordinate across departments to ensure effective delivery of labour, materials, and plant.What Youll Bring:Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within mechanical maintenance or industrial services.Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices in the heavy industry sector.Demonstrated experience managing trades-based workforces (fitters, boilermakers, welders) across multiple sites.Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.Commitment to HSEQ principles and fostering a strong safety culture.What We Offer:An opportunity to lead key maintenance operations for high-profile clients in the Gladstone region.Supportive and experienced team environment.Professional development and long-term career growth.Competitive remuneration package.A company culture built on integrity, innovation, and teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
