East Arm office location and site based Company vehicle provided Open to relocation assistance Working alongside State Leads and Operations Managers, oversee the project lifecycle of numerous Building and facades remediation works throughout the Northern Territory region. THE ROLE Managing entire project from commencement to completion Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting Manage client and subcontractor relationships Lead and implement WHS, Quality and Environmental standards Managing and maintaining the design process Development and management of project programmes & timelines Experience in estimating (highly desirable) Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings Create and modify ITPs and SWMS Raise RFIs and track responses About You Experience in a similar role, managing construction/remediation projects in a contractor environment Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities A high level of understanding and appreciation for safety Commercial acumen Programming and planning skills Contract awareness and cost tracking experience Ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and internal team members Self-managing while working well in a team environment Proven problem-solving ability and can think outside the box Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines Qualifications And Requirements Construction White Card Drivers Licence Tertiary qualification in Construction or Engineering The Benefits Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australias leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers Please submit your resume today and one of our friendly recruiters will be in touch with next steps.
