It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the worlds most critical challenges.Relevant Mechanical trade background or tertiary qualification in mechanical, structural or construction management.Recognised and accredited management qualification would be advantageous.Minium 10 years experience in heavy industrial maintenance and project delivery, with at least 5 years in superintendent or site leadership role.Demonstrated experience leading multidiscipline execution teams across SMP scopes.Demonstrable balance of industrial and management experience at relevant level and positionSubcontract Management (experience an advantage)Strong background in brownfield industrial environments, ideally in aluminum smelting, metal refining, or similar process industries.Experience in furnace and hot metal operations including thermal risk zones, refractory work, and structural remediation is highly desirable.Knowledge of relevant regulatory framework and legislationIntellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a practical contextAble to demonstrate team building skills and capable of influencing people at all levels of the organisationFlexible with can-do attitudeCandidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.If youre an experienced Site Superintendent, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today.Apply now and take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunityAbout UsWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
