We celebrate independence and value creating new opportunities for our community to live well, laugh often and make cherished memories.The Positive Ageing - Program Coordinator will support customers to increase their connection with the community in alignment with their individual goals. This role ensures that all program requirements are met as outlined by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) grant funding agreement and organisational requirements.What Youll Be DoingPlan, schedule, and deliver programs, activities, outings, and services that contribute to improved health and wellbeing for older people in the City of Playford and surroundsUndertake client intake, review and exit processes.Engage and capture regular feedback from customers about their received supports, ensuring focus on service delivery and continuous improvement.Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, program volunteers, and other key stakeholders.What Youll Bring To Our TeamPrevious experience in a similar role will help you with getting some quick wins on the board.A good understanding of the Aged Care sector, legislation and funding requirements will help you with coordinating successful and exceptional services to our community.An openness to doing things differently and being brave with flair and creativity.Excellent communication skills with an ability to juggle responsibilities like a pro.Charisma, innovation and fun to create a work environment where the team thrive, and success feels like part of the natural journey.Whats In It For YouWere not your typical 9-to-5.
