Were proud to offer:Extra time off including wellbeing days, parental leave, study leave, and even pet leave!Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax-free, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment.Fitness Passport discounted gym and fitness memberships for you and your family.24/7 support access to free counselling and wellbeing resources through our Employee Assistance Program.Ongoing learning annual funding and structured support to help you grow professionally.Flexible work options because we value balance and respect what you bring to the team.About the Role Make a Real Difference Every DayWere looking for a passionate Program Manager to join our team and lead the Fraser Coast Intensive Family Support (IFS) program.In this role, youll Support IFS team members to deliver high quality client outcomes within a performance planning and development culture.This is more than just a job its a chance to create real change and help children heal, grow, and thrive.Level 8 SCHCADS Award.Salary range: $124,844 - $129,764 + Superannuation.Full time or Part time (0.8FTE) opportunity until 31 December 2025.What Youll Be DoingWork as a cohesive leadership team that provides a planned and coordinated approach to leading the team.Collaborate with other internal managers to increase consistency in process and practice.Oversee and manage risk for children and families working with the IFS service.Ensure team members are up to date with all mandatory internal and external training requirements.Oversee the professional practice of IFS practitioners, supporting the team to work collaboratively.A degree in social work, psychology, human services, or a related field.At least five (5) years experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.A high level ability to lead and build a strong, cohesive team in alignment with Act for Kids values.Other Things Youll NeedA current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption).A valid drivers licence.The legal right to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).Ready to Join Us?Click on Apply Now to submit your application.
