Traffic Controller - Rockhampton-LivingstonNational Traffic Australia (NTA) is providing Traffic Control services around Australia.NTA is seeking multiple Traffic Controller and Coordinator (Preferably TMI Accredited) to join our team in Rockhampton and Livingstone area.THE JOB AND OFFER:Allocating Traffic Controllers (TC) to Projects, including phone calls to TC''s, quickly and successfully dealing with emergency staffing issues, and other related tasks.Answer all calls from NTA teams to support/sorting out additional resources/materials and other matters.Management of assets allocation to projects, including vehicles, drivers, signs, and other assets.Keep track of maintenance on vehicles / tickets / daily prestart / incident reports and other related tasks.Manage daily dockets (through system), book in advance / close them off / keep up with requirementsSubmitting dockets through system.Update database of casual TC''s contacts in Excel and Traffio, replying to applicants on SeekAbility to draw up and amend TMP/TGS plans, sometimes in short noticeSubmit section 138s as well as do ROL applications / QLD police and emergency applicationsPotential to also act in BDM role, including reaching out to contractor and councils to expandOther tasks, as required.Good team of people and experienced mentors.Opportunity to be part of the professional team.REQUIREMENT:Valid Traffic Control licence to operate in QLD.Good knowledge of State and Federal legislation requirements to ensure NTA complies with Traffic Management Australia Guidelines.Traffic Management Implementation Ticket (TMI formerly Level 2 MUTCD).Reliability and commitment to the job.Construction Induction (White/Green) Card.Valid driving licence.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word & some Excel.Team player.Min 1 -year of relevant work experience.Working rights in Australia for this role.Training can be provided for the right candidate, who is willing to then commit for a minimum period of work with NTA.If you meet the following criteria, then we would love to hear from you.SALARY AND BENEFIT:Competitive salary will be offered for the right candidate.Salary Range between $65,000 to $90,000Opportunity to be permanent EmployeeVehicle take home opportunityHOW TO APPLY:Please apply through Seek application process.Send your tickets and driving licenceSpecify your availability to commence.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Do you hold a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)?
