This critical role leads the store in the back-of-house functions, working with the team to deliver all logistical requirements and to ensure the Sales team has a full range of product on offer to sell.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON?Managing our Daily re-stocking of product/stock maintenanceEnsuring execution of timely product turnaround from back-of-house to the sales floorProviding leadership to the Logistics team, ensuring that they meet performance expectationsDelivering financial results - driving the execution of logistics processes to enable Sales targets to be achievedOverseeing Workplace Health & Safety & ensuring that safe practices are followed at all timesWHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?Previous relevant Logistics experience and good knowledge of warehousing systemsOutstanding communication skills, both written & verbalExperience managing a teamSolid organisation skillsAttention to detail, reading & understanding reportsA passion for the NIKE brandA natural sense of urgency and an energetic demeanorWHATS IN IT FOR YOU?At Nike we believe in human potential.
