Driven by You.Own the opportunityAt Kimberly-Clark Australia (KCA), we have an opportunity within our Supply Chain Team, which would be a great next step in your career.We are hiring for a Supply Planner, IFP, which reports into the Supply Lead IFP. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, including the broader supply chain to ensure supply meets customer demand by maintaining optimal inventory levels across the network. You will also develop and implement contingency plans, and analyse and resolve critical supply chain process and supply gaps.You will own the IFP finished goods portfolio, ensuring inventory is optimised to meet our customer requirements. In addition you will participate in Sales & Operations Execution & ensure clear communication to relevant teams within business (i.e Demand & Overseas Mill teams) & actions are completed.Youll also have the opportunity to:Oversee weekly supply outlook reviews, ensuring inventory accuracy and driving efficiency improvements across production cycles, lead times, and cost optimization.Lead quarterly capacity planning, assessing constraints, forecasting demand trends, and recommending proactive solutions.Foster strong collaboration with regional mill teams to ensure seamless supply fulfillment, addressing OTIF & GFR challenges with data-driven corrective actions.Support portfolio management, driving NPI launches and optimizing product mix by recommending SKU deletions based on performance insights.In your role, youll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
