Add expected salary to your profile for insightsClinical Trials Coordinator - NephrologyThe Royal Melbourne HospitalThe Royal Melbourne Hospital - City CampusFull Time, Fixed TermHelp advance kidney research and improve patient outcomes.The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Trials Coordinator to support our growing nephrology research portfolio.Home to one of the largest dialysis and kidney transplantation programs in Australia, RMH Nephrology is a national leader in conducting high-impact clinical trials across a wide range of kidney conditions.About the role:You''ll join a dynamic team of investigators and research staff coordinating innovative clinical trials, including investigator-initiated and pharmaceutical-sponsored studies. Working closely with the Clinical Trials Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance, participant safety, and high-quality data collection.Key responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of assigned trials including ethics and governance submissionsRecruitment, visit scheduling, and data managementLiaise with principal investigators, sponsors, CROs, and the RMH Office for ResearchSupport patient screening and informed consent processesMaintain accurate study documentation in accordance with GCP and regulatory requirementsCollaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless trial deliveryAbout you:Demonstrated experience in clinical trial coordination or clinical researchExcellent communication, organisational, and documentation skillsStrong understanding of GCP and the clinical trial lifecycleAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesExperience in nephrology or a related specialty is desirableBenefits of working with the Royal Melbourne HospitalA Values based organisation offering great prospects for career diversity and professional advancementSalary packaging options, earn up to $12,000 tax free earnings!5 weeks annual leaveDiscounted gyms and health centre access with Fitness PassportRMH prides ourselves on our Speaking Up for Safety Culture and our values - People First, Lead with Kindness and Excellence together!Interested?If you meet the above criteria, connect with us.
