Join a proud & growing team that offers quality, hassle free & affordable travel experiences.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a keen attention to detail and expert organisational skills to join our TripADeal team, providing direct support to our Chief Executive Officer as well as the wider Senior Leadership Team as required.You will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the efficient operation of the function, and assisting with the execution of key initiatives. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in facilitating smooth communication and ensuring the senior leadership team can focus on strategic priorities to enable travel dreams to come true!Organisational StructureYou''ll report to our Chief Executive Officer, as well as work closely with the wider Senior Leadership Team, and other internal and external stakeholders. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite and can be based from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters or Varsity Lakes Gold Coast office, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!This role will require the ability to travel between both TripADeal offices on a weekly basis to provide support to the CEO as well as attend critical meetings and events as required.A Day in the LifeHandle incoming communication, screen emails and calls, invitations and prioritise responses on behalf of the CEO promptly and efficientlyOrganise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minute-taking, managing meeting-room bookings, and following up on action itemsCoordinate travel, accommodation, and itineraries for domestic and international trips optimised for the CEO''s schedule; ensuring a seamless travel experienceDraft, review, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports as required by the senior leadership teamLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships on behalf of the senior leadership teamEnsure the smooth running of the CEO office, including schedule management, ordering supplies, managing office services, and coordinating eventsIn addition to the CEO, secondary support is to be offered to the senior leadership team (SLT) with reporting, travel arrangements, event planning, and report preparationCoordinate externals visiting TAD office sites, assist with travel arrangements, facilities required, meetings scheduled etc, ensuring a pleasant and seamless experienceProvide timely assistance to team members with Qantas background check renewalsGenerate, collate and distribute Workday reports in a timely manner, as well as undertake general Workday administration as requiredOther duties as required by the CEO and wider Senior Leadership TeamTo be a Front Running CandidateBachelors degree in Business or as relevantProven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executivesStrong organisational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple prioritiesHigh proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate setting, and can manage change effectivelyStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisationProactive and solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they escalateA valid Australian drivers licence with the ability to travel as requiredThe successful candidate will be required to undergo a Qantas background checkWhy TripADeal?Competitive salary packageLearn, develop and advance your career within TripADealFun, casual working environment, where shoes are optionalStaff travel discountsEmployee Assistance Program$1,040 per annum of subsidised gym membershipsRegular social get togethersSavings and discounts on groceries, electronics and homewaresVolunteer leave as part of giving back to the local communityGenerous parental leave support programSee your next destination as Executive Assistant to the CEO for TripADeal?
