Kirwan ELC are seeking an Assistant Director to support the Director in the operation of an effective and caring environment for our children!03rd June, 2025Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queenslandprovides high-quality provision of care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.About the positionAt St Mary MacKillopEarly Learning Centre, Kirwan, we believe every child deserves a nurturing and inspiring environment where they can thrive and grow. Our play-based educational programs are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique developmental needs of each child, fostering curiosity, creativity, and confidence.We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Director to join our team full-time (38 hours per week) on a permanent basis, starting as soon as possible.In this key leadership role, you will support the Centre Director in creating and maintaining a warm, effective, and inclusive environment that aligns with the Mission, Vision, and Values of MMCNQ, as well as the National Quality Framework and our organisational policies.
