In this strategic role, you will lead OTAs partnerships and sponsorships portfolio, driving growth and securing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the CEO, you will identify and engage potential partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee the delivery of key initiatives, including all sales aspects of the conference exhibition. You will also nurture existing relationships to enhance member value and support OTAs programs and events through impactful collaboration.You will oversee 1 direct report, ensuring the successful fulfilment of all contracts and agreements.The PersonWith proven experience within a peak body, not-for-profit, or membership association, youll be a strategic and commercially minded relationship builder with strong negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to drive revenue through impactful partnerships and sponsorships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop and manage partnerships that align with OTAs goals, delivering value to membersLead OTAs sponsorship strategy by identifying and securing sponsors, developing proposals, and managing relationships to maximise revenueDrive commercial outcomes across sponsorship, advertising and exhibitionsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with partners, sponsors and internal teamsMonitor and report on partnership and sponsorship performance, using insights to inform strategy and improve outcomesTo be successful, you will have:A relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field (Masters degree desirable)A strong track record in securing and managing partnerships and sponsorships, ideally within a membership or not-for-profit settingExcellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to write persuasive proposals and negotiate effectivelyStrong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levelsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlinesIf you''re a passionate relationship builder ready to make a meaningful impact through strategic partnerships, APPLY NOW.
