We encourage opportunities within our community to adapt and develop our processes to embrace others.Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will assist with managing the daily operations and running specific shifts within the Reservations team, ensuring the continued success of our operation.You will be highly motivated to drive business to our properties, raise occupancy levels, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure all staff are trained and perform at their best.Your experience and skills include:1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.Experience managing the Groups segment (Business & Leisure), including strategy implementation and quotations.Experience with systems such as Opera Cloud, Excel, and Microsoft Office is desirable.Experience with a hotel loyalty program is an asset.Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business demands.Additional InformationOur HotelThe Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel about to celebrate its first birthday on 1 July 2025!The Novotel Melbourne Airport has 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport has 216 rooms.
