PHE currently hasan opportunity for a Construction Manager withElectrical and Instrumentation experience in above-ground and underground mining environmentsAbout the role:As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible forInspiring safety and the safest work practices amongst the team.Plan and manage construction activities against schedule and target cost estimatesUnderstanding the project scope and implementation of change management practicesUpdating schedule progress against the earned value management systemInforming key stakeholders on safety matters and project concernsImproving project efficiencies and performances.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key stakeholdersABOUT YOU:Previous experience as a Construction Manager or Project ManagerMining and Heavy Industrial construction experience is essential for this roleUnderstanding of Health & Safety, Training and Employee RelationsAbility to prioritise and schedule activities to optimise time and resource utilisationAble to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely mannerPrevious experience in crushing and materials handling construction will be desirableThe successful candidate will have:Trade CertificateCert 3 Project Management PracticesElectrical LicenseCurrent CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)Current Unrestricted C Class Drivers LicenseWhite / Blue Construction CardPlease note all your tickets and licenses MUST be current to commence on-site and be employed by PHE.ABOUT US:PHE has 50 years history providing safe, rewarding, long-term employment in regional and remote areas.
