We''re offering a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Plant Accountant to join our team at JBS Brooklyn. In this key role, you''ll play a vital part in supporting the financial management of our operations by delivering accurate weekly estimates and monthly results. Your insights will directly contribute to smart, informed decisions that drive our commercial success-making you an essential partner in our ongoing growth.Responsibilities:Deliver timely and accurate weekly financial forecasts and monthly reporting for plant operationsProvide strategic financial support to plant leadership, enabling cost control and operational efficiencyLead continuous improvement initiatives in accounting systems, processes, and reportingPartner with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and review plant budgets and forecastsEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and group policiesMentor and support junior finance team members, contributing to a high-performance cultureYou will also bring to the table:CA or CPA qualified (Preferred but not essential)Strong analytical and reporting skills with solid commercial acumenAdvanced Excel skills essentialExperience with financial and management reporting systems; Power BI or Tableau preferredSAP and EPM system experience desirableBackground in finance within supply chain, procurement, food manufacturing, or FMCG sectorsExperience in business transformation and improving systems, processes, and reportingStrong business understanding and financial management knowledgeAbility to identify cause-and-effect relationships and offer practical solutionsHighly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasksHigh attention to detailThrives in a fast-paced environmentEnergetic, passionate, and committed to continuous improvementHow to Apply:Are you ready to be part of the 3rd largest Food & Beverage company in the world (just behind Nestle & Pepsi!) and have the opportunity to shape the future of our Operations strategy, working closely with leaders across the region?We want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
