This role is vital in ensuring our terminals safety, especially with the rollout of the new Security Screening Project (SSP).You will play an integral role in the integration of new screening technologies, providing hands-on support for system updates, troubleshooting, vendor management, and continuous improvement. Learn more about life at Melbourne Airport our culture, values, and what makes us unique at Join us in shaping the future of aviation as we aim to make Melbourne Airport Australias favourite destination.Key responsibilities:The role''s duties include, but are not limited to:Supporting and maintaining EACS and CCTV systems to ensure optimal operationMonitoring system status, alarms, and uptime, with active intervention when issues ariseManaging service desk tickets and collaborating with the Applications Support team during upgradesCoordinating system design and integration for new CAPEX projectsManaging vendor relationships to meet KPIs in line with service agreementsConfiguring access permissions for internal and external stakeholdersMonitoring hardware lifecycles and contributing to asset replacement planningLeading camera view management in collaboration with operational stakeholdersThe successful candidate will have:Experience with enterprise-level servers, security software, and field hardwarePractical knowledge of legacy and modern EACS and CCTV systemsStrong understanding of network infrastructure and aviation security principlesExperience with CCTV analytics integrationAbility to manage contractors, budgets, and vendor SLAs effectivelyExcellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical systems simplyStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within complex projectsWe understand you may not meet all criteria.
