Were proud of our local reputation and are now looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Manager to join our growing hospitality team.The RoleThis is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for someone with experience in a restaurant manager, duty manager, or hospitality supervisor role. You will be responsible for:Leading the front of house team during busy service periodsManaging bookings, floor flow, and customer satisfactionTraining and mentoring junior staff and waitstaffMaintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and complianceHandling customer issues calmly and professionallyWorking closely with kitchen staff and ownership to run a tight shipBecoming the friendly, reliable face of the venueAbout YouWere looking for someone with a bit of maturity and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
