You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues from the Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical, Medical & Regulatory departments in our head office at North Sydney, while developing and implementing territory business plans and prospecting new customers to drive sales results for our new and existing products.As GP Sales Representative, you will join our high performing sales team that promotes Novo Nordisk products both in person and virtually in your designated territory. You will report directly to the State Sales Manager.The PositionIn this permanent role, you will be promoting to General Practitioners, Pharmacists, and Diabetes Educators across Newcastle, Maitland, Kurri Kurri, and a country territory of Tamworth. You will experience variety, autonomy, strong working relationships with customers, and the chance to promote a lifesaving drug. Your responsibilities include:Engaging with existing General Practitioners & Diabetes Educators and expanding the target group of customers.Being highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to build patient-centric HCP relationships.Developing and executing a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face and digital engagements with HCPs/GPs to create a personalized omni-channel experience.Executing marketing strategies, conducting group presentations, and monitoring competitors'' activities.Working in accordance with business ethics procedures and local laws, as well as Novo Nordisk Way and policies.QualificationsGP sales experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industry, ideally with local experience in the advertised territory.Strong sales record with proven achievement of targets.Tertiary education in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical, or related field, with the ability to interpret complex data.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly, including occasional extended hours and weekends.Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.Working at Novo NordiskAt Novo Nordisk, we drive change.
