Based in our Campbelltown office three days per week, youll also enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first culture and enjoys creating engaging learning experiences.What Youll Be Doing:Learning & DevelopmentBe the driving force behind all learning initiatives across AMS.Support and deliver onboarding experiences that set our team up for success.Coordinate and monitor traineeship programs, liaising with providers and team members.Facilitate ongoing training and development, ensuring all employees have the skills they need to thrive.Maintain the online learning management system and promote this across the business.Bring fresh, creative energy to our reward and recognition programs.Track training progress and report on key metrics.Identify learning needs across all levels and tailor development opportunities accordingly.Evaluate the success of learning plans and help individuals maximise their growth potential.Human Resources Support:Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance efforts.Assist in policy updates and rollouts across the organisation.Be a point of contact for employee queries, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.Assist in resolving concerns with professionalism and care.Provide award interpretation (SCHADS) and keep up to date with Fair Work and industrial relations legislation.Support broader People & Culture initiatives as needed.What Youll Bring:A genuine passion for learning, growth, and people.Experience in a HR or L&D role (minimum 2 years).Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire others.Confidence in interpreting employment awards and HR best practices.Proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work.Ability to travel occasionally as required.Experience in the disability or community sector is highly regarded but not essential.Why Join Us?A vibrant, inclusive culture where your work truly matters.Hybrid work flexibility - balance your time between the office and home.Annual Family Day - because your loved ones are part of your journey too.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for personal wellbeing support.Be part of a values-driven organisation that genuinely cares.Our Recruitment ProcessWe like to keep it simple, transparent, and respectful:1.
