This Medical Officer Recruitment Manager works within the Medical Training and Administration Unit (MTAU) at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). The Medical Officer Recruitment Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a professional, responsive, customer-focused in-house recruitment service for Medical Workforce at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). The incumbent of this position will provide oversight for the day to day operations of the Junior Medical Officer and Specialist Medical Recruitment functions for Medical Workforce at RPAH and will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the Junior Medical and Senior Medical Officer Recruitment Coordinators within their day to day activities. This includes monitoring of workloads and priorities to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective end to end recruitment services and timely on-boarding. The Medical Officer Recruitment Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of Medical Services and Medical Training and Administration Unit (MTAU) Manger on recruitment strategies and campaigns, and are responsible for ensuring established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and reported on a regular basis. In addition to the oversight of Medical Recruitment activities at RPAH, this position is responsible for the management and provision of administrative co-ordination for RPAH''s training and performance processes for Advanced Trainees in Critical Care, Surgery, Investigative Care and Obstetrics and Gynaecology.For more information, please view the Position Description.Ideal CandidateHas relevant experience in HR and recruitment processes, with demonstrated sound knowledge of relevantAwards and employment policies.
