We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Redcliffe team as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics. Job Responsibilities: Perform maintenance on aircraft to the highest standards, complying with company policies, procedures, and NAA regulations. Maintain aircraft according to current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA). Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines. Collaborate with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Supervise and assign tasks to Aircraft Maintenance Engineers and monitor their progress. Ensure safe execution of maintenance activities, maximize aircraft availability, and maintain a safe workspace. Minimum of 3 years'' experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications. Qualified on light and medium Bell, Airbus, and Leonardo helicopters. Hold a current CASA B2 license. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a busy environment with strict deadlines. Understanding of CASA regulations and compliance. Attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Ability to work independently. Good computer literacy and experience with maintenance programs. Legal right to work in Australia and ability to obtain necessary security clearances. Meet company pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements. Desirable: Type Ratings for Bell 212/412, AW139. Desirable: Experience with installations and modifications.
