How about getting paid $5k for each one you referWhat your day looks like: Applying your technical expertise supporting a structured diagnostics and fault-finding across a large mobile fleet Be a hands-on mentor upskill and guide the on-site maintenance team with your deep knowledge and practical experience Work closely with site supervisors to lift team capability and embed best-practice maintenance standards Drive frontline performance and reliability improvements where your input makes a real impactWhat well need from you: 5+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi.
