Youll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.Key responsibilities include:Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programsMentoring and supporting educators in their professional growthBuilding strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teamMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environmentObserving, documenting, and supporting childrens developmentSkills & ExperienceWere looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment.
