The Head of the Preparatory School is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.As Head of the Preparatory School, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing a bold, future-focused vision for boys education. This is a role for a leader who thrives on strategic thinking, educational innovation, and community engagement.You will lead a dynamic team of educators and specialists, fostering a culture of excellence, wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that every student is known, supported, and challenged to achieve their personal best academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.You will champion a culture of innovation, excellence, and holistic development, ensuring that every student thrives academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. You will also drive strategic initiatives that future-proof the Preparatory School, foster global competencies, and cultivate a dynamic learning environment. You will inspire the highly performing educators, seeking to build upon the transformational change that has taken place. You will build strong partnerships across the educational ecosystem to position Knox Preparatory School as the national and international benchmark in boys education.You will also be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day administration of the school supports the highest level of academic program and student support services of the School.
