Your focus will be on maintaining our high standards while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.What Were Looking For:Proven experience managing a heavy vehicle repair workshopIdeally trade-qualified as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or similarStrong leadership and people management skillsSound understanding of workshop operations, scheduling, and cost controlCustomer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesA commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standardsWe will also consider a highly capable Workshop Manager ready to step up into a broader leadership role.
