Our small team is collaborative and supportive of each other, with a shared vision of supporting our students to be the best learners they can be.About The RoleResponsibilities include:Work alongside the classroom teachers to implement focused support groups of students.Assist teachers and students with sporting activities and school excursions.Assist with the management and stocktaking of equipment and resources.Communicate effectively and display high-level interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.Maintain anecdotal records on students for review of their development.Show respect and empathy for students with high needs.Maintain confidentiality, tact, reliability, and sensitivity to students and their families.About YouExperience is not essential but may be beneficial.Be a strong team member with confidence to ask questions and seek understanding.Interested?
