We ultimately believe in unleashing all talent to create a better experience for our residents, families and employees.The important role you will playOur Home Support Workers deliver personalised support for our clients, ensuring they feel empowered and cared for through services and activities tailored to their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These may include:Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.Monitoring medication.Scheduling and attending appointments.Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.What you will bring to the roleAs a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, youll have:A warm and caring natureThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamA positive and practical attitudeAccess to a reliable, registered, insured vehicleCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalentCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateMust be available 3 days per weekWhat our people love about working hereAs a team that supports older people to live life on their terms, we genuinely care - for our people, our work and the elderly.
