PM - Injection Moulding Machine Technician/Die Setter $61.04p/hJob Title: PM - Injection Moulding Machine Technician/Die Setter $61.04p/hSalary: AU$61 - AU$61.04 per hour + Weekly Pay per hourOur client based in Tullamarine prides itself on being a leader in the packaging industry!We are looking for a Technician to join their PM team!What''s in it for you:Immediate startOngoing work, Mon to FriAfternoon shift 3pm - 11pmOpportunities for overtimeWeekly payFun, friendly team + environmentYour duties will include but are not limited to:* Adhere to OH&S, Quality, and Food Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.* Machine setups, including die changes, robot setups, material/colour/label changes, following operating procedures.* Proficient in completing setup and die changes of various sizes.* Skilled in inserting changes, managing master batch changes, and performing calibrations.* Ensure product quality by fine-tuning processes* Accurately complete all required paperwork, documentation, and record relevant data as per established procedures.* Address minor maintenance or tooling issues*Communicate with relevant departments re equipment, moulding, quality, or production issues effectively.* Actively participate in improvement activities and projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.* Replenish raw materials during production and ensure machines are started up and shut down properly.To be considered for this role we are requiring candidates to have the following:* Strong attention to detail and quality.* Excellent understanding of injection moulding, manufacturing and support processes.* Knowledgeable in working with robots and in-mould labels.* Minimum of 2 years'' experience operating injection moulding machines, IML and robots (preferred).* Forklift license (preferred).* Experienced in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.* High motivation for safety and continuous improvement.* Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.* Experience in fast-paced machine operation.* Good written and oral communication skills.* Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.* Ability to work effectively within a large, friendly team.Skill set: Must be mechanical mindedOnly shortlisted applicants will be contacted.By submitting your details you agree to ourT&C''s #J-18808-Ljbffr
