And we take care of the people who make that happen: you.Were looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience of supporting people with dementia to join our team that supports NDIS participants with complex needs, and physical and mental health disabilities across the Sunshine Coast.What Youll Do:Support daily personal care and routinesAssist with community access and appointmentsEncourage independence and work toward life goalsBuild respectful, trust-based relationshipsAbout You:Experience supporting individuals with dementia (or other neurocognitive disorders)Strong communicator, calm and compassionateAvailable for at least 8 hours, or more, per weekFull work rights in AustraliaOwn vehicle with comprehensive insuranceCert. III in Individual Support or Cert.
