These are hands-on roles with real impact, perfect for reliable, hard-working people who want to be part of something meaningful.Important: These are full-time positions only. Unfortunately, we cant offer part-time or casual options at this time.What Youll Do:Move inventory and materials across the warehouseProcess, sort, and store stock in the correct locationsPick, package and label items for deliveryLoad/unload trucks and distribute goods to the right areasScan delivered items and report any issues or damageStack and organise bulk goods safely and efficientlyOperate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift licence preferred)Maintain accurate records and update inventory logsKeep your workspace clean, safe and free from hazardsAlways wear PPE and follow food safety and WHSE proceduresWork closely with your team to hit daily targetsPrepare for audits and assist with stocktakes and stock countsWhat Were Looking For:Positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detailWillingness to work in a cold environmentForklift licence preferredExperience in fresh produce or similar warehouse roles a big bonusPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingMultiple shift times, either: 4am-12pm (High Reach Operator), 10am6pm, 12pm-8pmHow We Measure Success:Accurate pick rates and zero out-of-date productLow waste and efficient stock handlingGreat teamwork and communication100% accurate inventory and audit prepSafe and responsible use of equipmentPositive feedback from supervisors and teammatesIf youre ready to work hard, move fast, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about food and each other, wed love to hear from you.Apply now for an immediate start, help us keep the good food moving! #J-18808-Ljbffr
