Reporting to the Assistant Golf Operations Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our members, guests and the general public. Our team are highly service orientated, engaged and professional. Royal Pines operates 7 days week and our team work a weekly rotating roster. Your key responsibilities for the role include:Managing members, guests and general public bookings & enquiriesWelcome players & guests with a smile & provide assistance in preparation for tee offCoordinate, issue, clean, drive & maintain golf cartsCoordinate, issue & maintain sport hire equipmentAssist with course marshalling, driving range operations and organising golf eventsAssist in the golf shop to open and close, retail purchases & merchandising of stockDemonstrating a sound knowledge of golfing rules and operationsWhat youll need to be successful Experience in golf course operations or golf & sport retail environmentKnowledge of golf course operations, rules & etiquette, essentialValid Drivers Licence, essentialResponsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, essentialStrong computer skills in Microsoft Office & MiClub, an advantageExcellent communication, customer service & interpersonal skills to build a rapport with members & guestsEffective time management, positive attitude, attention to detail and work well in a team environmentExcellent grooming & personal presentationFull availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster,including weekends & public holidaysWe are OfferingCompetitive hourly rate + penalties weekends & public holidays Discounts on RACV products & resorts UniformParking onsiteThe RACV difference If youre curious, were always looking for the best and brightest minds to come aboard for the journey.
