We act for humanity.About the roleThe Australian Red Cross Wellbeing Centre is a distinctive accommodation centre providing a welcome home away from home for patients and their carers, who travel from some of the most remote parts of Far North/North Queensland to receive medical treatment.In this role you will carry out cleaning duties in guest rooms, administration and public areas to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction during their stay.What you will bringExperience in providing cleaning services within an accommodation centre/facilityAn understanding of Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures, including manual handling, storage and use of chemicalsAbility to prioritise tasksDemonstrated reliability and strong work ethicAbility to work a flexible roster as required, including school and public holidays and possibly weekendsWhy work with us?Work for purpose, know that the work you do enables Red Cross to support and empower people and communities in times of vulnerability.Red Cross respects, values and encourages diversity.
