Youll gain hands-on experience and exposure to the fast-paced world of media sales, while learning from an experienced and supportive team.As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for campaign coordination of inventory sales across the Nines Metro TV channels, working across a client base of national brands. In this diverse role, your primary function will be to support the Sales Executive and work collaboratively with external stakeholders such as media and advertising agencies as well as internal stakeholders across the business.Day to day you will:Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaignCommunicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaignsAccommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaignsLiaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaignsConfirm phone bookings with agency/client via emailData entry of advertising spots to sales and traffic systemMonitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure (number and amount of) credits are reducedGeneral administrative tasks for Sales teamQualificationsWhat you''ll bring:The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisationsDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesStrong customer service orientationStrong verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team playerIntermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills requiredMicrosoft PowerPoint skills highly desirableAdditional InformationHow we work:At Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
