Our platform, Assess App , is trusted by universities, certification bodies, and compliance-driven organisations to deliver high-stakes digital exams with precision, integrity, and scale. Were now entering a new phase of expansion across ANZ, Asia, and the GCC and were looking for a Revenue Leader to drive this growth. We are happy to consider this as a part-time role , ideally suited to someone available 2 to 3 days per week . The compensation structure includes a base remuneration complemented by a significant performance-based revenue share , offering strong upside potential for a commercially driven candidate aligned with Eluminas growth objectives. The Role As Eluminas Revenue Leader , you will own our go-to-market execution, pipeline growth, and commercial partnerships across education, certification, and regulated industry sectors. Youll work closely with the CEO and collaborate with the Director of Sales to align strategy and delivery ensuring our product reaches the organisations that need it most. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who can bring both strategic thinking and real execution power , without the overhead of traditional C-suite structure. Key Outcomes Revenue Ownership: Develop and execute revenue growth plans that align with Eluminas FY26 objectives across direct sales, partner channels, and account expansion. Market Penetration: Leverage your relationships and sector knowledge to open doors with education institutions, certification authorities, government agencies, and regulated enterprises. Sales Enablement: Support the Director of Sales with frameworks, positioning, pricing, and deal strategy to increase close rates and average deal size. Channel Development: Establish commercial partnerships with LMS vendors, AWS Marketplace, exam delivery providers, and compliance solution firms. Customer Retention & Expansion: Align success and renewal strategies to key certification and compliance cycles, improving lifetime value (LTV). Data-Driven Reporting: Own revenue forecasts, sales pipeline health, win/loss analysis, and provide board-ready reporting on performance and opportunities. What You Bring 5 years in B2B SaaS, with proven success in sales leadership, partnerships, or GTM strategy roles Experience selling into education, certification bodies , or regulated markets (e.g. finance, healthcare, legal, government, mining, Industry, hospitality etc) Strong network of decision-makers registrars, head of exams and curriculum, vice chancellors, principals, compliance heads, certification managers, HR and CIOs across ANZ, SEA, or GCC preferred Expertise in enterprise deal cycles and strategic account management Ability to bridge strategy and execution comfortable working alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, and Success teams Commercial acumen and confidence managing pipeline, LTV/CAC, churn, and forecast metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience in board and investor updates Why Join Elumina?
