With a strong client base and fully equipped workshop, were now looking for a driven Operations or General Manager to take over the day-to-day running of the business, with the current owner stepping back and providing full support and mentoring to ensure a smooth transition. The Role: As Operations/General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including workshop management, customer relations, staff leadership, and strategic planning. Your focus will be on maintaining our high standards while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. What Were Looking For: Proven experience managing a heavy vehicle repair workshop Ideally trade-qualified as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or similar Strong leadership and people management skills Sound understanding of workshop operations, scheduling, and cost control Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards We will also consider a highly capable Workshop Manager ready to step up into a broader leadership role.
