Lead a high-performing partnerships team across strategy, sales and servicing Drive sustainable revenue growth through innovation and strategic leadership Represent one of the AFLs most values-driven clubs, on and off the field About the Role Reporting to the Executive General Manager of Commercial and working as a key member of the Clubs Management Team, the Head of Commercial Partnerships leads the end-to-end partnerships function for Fremantle Football Club. This includes strategy, acquisition, servicing, and retention of commercial partners. As a senior leader and brand custodian, you will help shape the Clubs commercial narrative and play a pivotal role in expanding Freos national and international commercial footprint. This role is critical to delivering long-term value for both the Club and its partners, ensuring alignment with our brand, values and business strategy. The scope of the role will include: Develop and implement a partnerships strategy aligned with growth and revenue targets Lead acquisition of new commercial partnerships and advertisers, from pitch to close Relationship management across all sponsors, advertisers and agency partners Guide and support delivery of best-in-class servicing for all AFL and AFLW partners Oversee development of innovative, insight-driven sponsorship solutions Coach and manage a high-performing commercial team Monitor commercial performance including P&L, pricing, and reporting Lead with empathy and inclusion, creating an environment where innovation, ownership and belonging thrive This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. During the AFL and AFLW seasons, working hours will include weekends, with weekday Rostered Days Off (RDOs) provided as applicable.
