Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing, delivering, and reporting on Campaign and Strategic Foundation project outputs, ensuring they meet schedules, quality standards, and budgets in accordance with the prescribed Project Management methodology. Your Role at St John of God Health Care You will work with various teams to develop products for fundraising campaigns and hospital needs. The position involves enabling the Foundation team to achieve Campaign planning and Quiet Phase objectives, and ensuring campaigns are structured for sustained success. Additionally, you will provide fundraisers with product offerings that align with our strategic vision and support major donors. Key Responsibilities Execute projects successfully within scope, time, and budget constraints. Manage financials, including tracking estimates, actuals, and forecasts. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Plan and prioritize project activities, including resourcing and scheduling. Manage project scope, documenting and approving changes. Maintain project management artefacts as per methodology. Identify and mitigate risks; manage issues proactively. Engage stakeholders and ensure expectations are met. Ensure quality standards are adhered to. Prepare reports and other management documents. Coordinate with Project Governance bodies. Manage contracts with vendors and solution providers. Collaborate with Operations to develop and manage donor products, considering feasibility and operational costs. Ensure service providers understand donor segment requirements. Provide operational data for fundraising materials, including progress reports and impact stories. Qualifications and Experience You should possess a relevant tertiary qualification or substantial experience in project management, with a PRINCE2 (or similar) certification. A minimum of six years'' experience leading complex projects is required. Strong time management, leadership, and commercial acumen are essential. Experience in International Development, NGO, Higher Education, or philanthropic campaigns is highly regarded. Skills and Attributes Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across organizational levels are crucial.
