Chinese Australian Sales / Business Development ExecutiveChinese Australian Sales / Business Development Executive1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from MAARSChinese Australian Sales / Business Development ExecutiveFull-timeUp to an $80,000 base + super + open ended commissionsWe are seeking an English and Chinese speaking (reading and writing) dynamic and results-driven, sales professional to join an Australian media company that targets the Chinese audience here.Our client is an authorised Australian entity selling a highly regarded Chinese platform with over 1 million users here in the Australian marketplace. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and have at least some understanding of Chinese social media platforms. Its your sales experience we are looking for; the business can teach you all about the product offering. Your ability to open doors and present the case is what we are after, the product will then sell itself.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities for the business here in AustraliaBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential advertisersConduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the local Chinese media sectorCollaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling collateral, proposals and presentationsNegotiate contracts and close business deals that align with company objectivesTrack, analyse, and report on sales performance and business growth metricsAttend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build business connectionsQualifications & Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related roleAn understanding of Chinese media platforms here in Australia and abroadFluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking)Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct basic research to analyse market trends, identify prospects and develop plans to connect with themSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targetsExperience working with email and other outreach tools is a plusTo find out more about this fantastic job please contact Brenton Moore on 0416112111 or email frontdoor@MAARS.com.auPlease note: No sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship on offer.
