CNQ Freight Services is a family-owned Transport & Logistics Company, currently seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join their leadership team in Cairns.Key Responsibilities of the role include:Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the transport fleet and drive operational efficiency.Maintain compliancewithCompany Policies, NHVR and Chain of Responsibility laws, along with Workplace Health and Safety Laws.Attract new business opportunities and maintain rapport with current clientele.Mentor a close-knit transport team to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.Maintain and further improve the current reputation of delivering an excellent service and providing 100% customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other depot managers on linehaul operations.Ensure DIFOT targets are upheld.The successful candidate will possess the following skills:3-5+ years experience as a Transport Depot Manager or similar.Qualification or working knowledge in WHS, NHVAS and CoR.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficientin Transport Management Software and Microsoft suite of products outlook, excel etc.Strong team management capabilities.If you believe you have the right level of experience and have a commitment to going the extra mile to ensure operational excellence, please submit your resume to toni@cnqfreightservices.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
