Unleash your possibility!Find out more at DescriptionAs the Technical Services Manager, you will drive effective management of our coffee machines and equipment to ensure we uphold service agreements with customers. Working within the out of home sales team, you will lend expertise to ensure the most suitable machines and equipment are utilised for optimal performance. This role is based in both our North Sydney office and Kingsgrove roastery, managing a team of five specialists across technical services and support. Are you up for this challenge?In This Role, You WillManage a team of Service Specialists for machine installations, technical services support, training, spare parts warehousing, and equipment supply and demand planningMonitor financial performance for the technical services budget and implement cost-effective solutions where appropriate while maintaining service excellenceManage third-party technical service supplier relationships, including contract management, ensuring service level agreements are being metCollaborate with our out of home sales team on equipment strategy and portfolio selectionManage equipment and spare parts inventoryQualificationsWorking at JDE Peets is hands-on, giving you an opportunity to leave your mark.
