As a Payroll Officer, you are responsible for accurately processing the fortnightly or monthly pay run while ensuring that all processes are performed in line with company and statutory policies.On offer is full time role, on a maximum term contract through to September 2026.More Specifically you will:Process fortnightly pay run for around 1500 employees accurately and on time.Complete pre payroll process checks and following up with P&C Ops for missing new starter data.Complete Leave Reconciliations as needed.Paid Parental Leave (GC and Government PPL).GC Purchased Leave Program.Maintain employee records emails saved on employee files for auditing purposes.Set up and monitor novated lease deductions.
