The role of the Contracts and Projects Coordinator is a pivotal role aimed at increasing the project delivery capacity of the Infrastructure Delivery team. You will be responsible to deliver internal support to the infrastructure team in Procurement through contracts system and project delivery administration in accordance with Council''s project management systems, as well as overseeing contract and tendering processes to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.About UsAt Narrabri Shire Council, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity. As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:Qualifications or demonstrated industry experience in Contract Management, Procurement, and Project Management.Proven track record in project and budget management with strong analytical skills.Experience in utilising Asset Management Information Systems for efficient data handling and reporting.Commitment to workplace health and safety, actively promoting a zero-harm environment and exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.What We OfferThis role offers an opportunity to work closely with a friendly team, built on encouraging each other to expand upon skills and knowledge gained.
