Respect, Kindness, Dignity?and?Compassion.?About The OpportunityThe Maintenance Officer / Gardener / Bus Driver is responsible for managing the maintenance services and the upkeep of our gardens at our Moran Kellyville home. This role is important to us as it ensures the safe transport of our residents on outings and visits, the maintenance of our residences and the upkeep of our gardens.The Maintenance Officer/Gardener / Bus driver is responsible for routine maintenance activities inside and outside the home and the Preventative Maintenance Schedule which covers equipment, building, fixtures and fittings and some gardens. They coordinate external Contractors who regularly visit the home and ensure compliance with building related regulations is maintained.Shift : Monday to Wednesday : 08:00am to 16:00pm (Hours may potentially increase in the future)We provide a supportive and enjoyable work environment, with modern facilities and the equipment and resources needed to do excel in your role. Education specific to aged care is provided.If you are attentive and have excellent decision-making skills and passion to improve our residents daily life, this role is for you!You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us.
