Governed by Marist Schools Australia, the College enrolmentis 1,100 students. Head of English full-time, contracted position, commencing Term 3, 2025 or by mutual agreement The Head of English is a member of the middle leaders and Teaching and Learning Team. Heads of Department carry the primary responsibility for the ongoing development and supervision of the curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning that is provided for each student. The Head of Department exercises leadership and management of their Department, which is responsible for the development and implementation of the relevant subject based curricular in line with the Colleges Learning Framework and the NSW Education Standard Authority requirements. Applications are invited from experienced English Teachers and leaders. The successful applicant will be an exceptional teacher with proven strategic, leadership, management, administrative and interpersonal skills, and will possess a capacity to consolidate and further advance established current structures.
