Green Square Dermatology is a busy, specialist medical facility located in the heart of Waterloo, just south of Sydney. We provide expert care in the diagnosis and management of conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. ABOUT THE ROLE. We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Enrolled Nurse (EN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our supportive clinical team. You will assist dermatologists with both clinical and administrative duties. Specific experience in dermatology is not required we offer full training and ongoing professional development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Assist with setup and support for dermatological surgical procedures Perform post-operative wound care including suture removal and dressing changes Triage patient concerns and support dermatologists in patient education Maintain clean and stocked treatment rooms Disinfect and sterilise reusable medical instruments Administer laser, light-based, and photodynamic therapies Provide therapeutic skin treatments Manage medical stock and consumables Please note: Nurses at our facility do not perform cosmetic procedures or injectables (e.g., fillers or muscle relaxants). WORK SCHEDULE. This position will be offered as a permanent part-time or full-time , dependent on the applicant''s experience and availability. The current work schedules are 3 to 5 days per week , including at least two Saturdays per month. The hours available can be flexible, but generally fall within the following ranges: 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday ; 8:30am - 2:00pm Saturday . There is regular opportunity for paid overtime. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED. You must be currently registered with the AHPRA and have completed one of the following qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (EN) ; or Bachelor of Nursing (RN) . While experience in a dermatology or surgical clinical setting is an advantage , it is not essential as training and professional development will be provided. WHO WE''RE LOOKING FOR.
