We ask that all staff read and understand the Code and model the behaviours that are expected of us.YOUR ROLEThe People Partner will provide guidance and support to managers on all people-related processes including but not limited to workforce planning, performance appraisals and management, talent management and the planning and implementation of staff development. The successful incumbent to the role will partner with teams to meet the strategic people objectives of the organisation while managing and contributing to the development and implementation of a range of best practice PX projects and programs.WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide proactive guidance, coaching, and support to managers on people-related processes.Assist in workforce planning and talent management, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and strategic priorities.Advise managers on employee relations and health, safety and wellbeing matters, while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and best people practices.Support managers with performance management, conflict resolution, and change management strategies to drive organisational effectiveness.Lead or participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of people projects, policies, and programs to enhance organisational performance.Build strong relationships with managers, executives, and other stakeholders, representing People Experience in meetings and contributing to strategic people initiatives.ABOUT YOUExperienced HR professional with a strong background in workforce planning and employee development.Skilled in providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with people policies and legislation.Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with managers, executives, and stakeholders.Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset, capable of driving change and implementing best practice people initiatives.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and contribute to people programs, policies, and organisational development projects.Adaptable and resilient professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) fixed-term contract for approximately 6 months to support the projectHOW TO APPLYPlease refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.2.
